A research center of the
UCR School of Public Policy
On Wednesday, January 15th, the School of Public Policy will be hosting Rick Bishop and Ron Loveridge. Join us for a conversation about the new Inland Center for Sustainable Development and our region's housing and development issues.
The event will be held at the University of California, Riverside in the CE-CERT Building on Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Rick Bishop is the Executive Director of WRCOG and External Director of the Inland Center for Sustainable Development and Ron Loveridge is the Former Mayor of Riverside and the Deputy Director of the Inland Center for Sustainable Development. Together they will delve into issues regarding our region's housing and development issues.
“This seminar is a great opportunity to learn more about issues surrounding housing in Riverside, as a Public Policy major concentrating in Urban and Environmental Policy I am excited to learn more about what I can do to alleviate these problems,” said Genevive Chacon, a third-year public policy student.
The event is open to all UCR students. Those interested can register at https://icsd-bishop.eventbrite.com. For more information about the panel, contact markma@ucr.edu.
