Established in 2003, the ICSD conducts and disseminates research and reports on issues of suburban growth and its impact on social, environmental, and transport systems. At our center, we focus on our region's interconnections between social well-being, the economy, and environmental sustainability.
By providing high quality independent research and analysis, the ICSD has a great opportunity to help inform leaders in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties on a range of policy challenges. Our goal is to create tools that can inspire the development of sustainable actions that can improve the quality of life for decades to come.
